A: Yes. The applicable IPC standard, inspection method, and acceptance criteria should be defined before quotation so that the process and cost can be assessed correctly.

Q8: What Inspection and Testing Are Included in a Turnkey Project?

A: Incoming inspection, SPI, AOI, and 100% bare-board electrical testing are standard. Flying probe, ICT, functional testing, programming, and burn-in are added according to the product requirements and test documentation.

Q9: What Affects the Lead Time of a Turnkey PCB Project?

A: The longest-lead component often determines the schedule. PCB complexity, assembly difficulty, and the required test scope also affect delivery time.

Q10: Do I Need to Resubmit Everything for Repeat Orders?

A: Usually not. Approved files, the BOM, and production requirements remain the baseline for future orders. Only changed items need to be reviewed again.

Q11: Can We Sign an NDA Before I Submit My Project Files?

A: Yes. An NDA can be signed before any project files or commercial information are shared.

Q12: Can I Order Turnkey PCB Assembly Through the Online Quotation System?

A: Not yet. The current online quotation system mainly supports bare PCB orders. Turnkey projects still require file review and a manual quotation.
