Welcome to PCBCool! By using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1.1 Definitions

  • “We” / “Our” / “Company”: Refers to PCBCool, a company registered in Shenzhen, China, and its affiliates.
  • “You” / “Customer”: Refers to any entity or individual purchasing products or services from PCBCool.
  • “Products”: Includes printed circuit boards (PCBs), assembled PCBs, and related services provided by PCBCool.

1.2 Scope of Services

PCBCool provides the following services:

  • PCB Manufacturing & Fabrication: Facilities in China, Malaysia, and Mexico.
  • PCB Assembly (PCBA): Comprehensive assembly services.
  • Turnkey Solutions: Procurement and assembly, providing full-service solutions.
  • Engineering & Testing: Box build services, engineering support, and quality assurance testing.

1.3 Orders

To place an order, you must:

  • Submit Gerber files, BOM (Bill of Materials), quantity, and specific design requirements.
  • Orders are confirmed only after a thorough technical review.
  • Instant quotes provided are estimates. Final pricing is determined after the technical review process.

1.4 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
    • PayPal
    • VISA/Mastercard
    • Alibaba Pay
  • Production begins only after payment or deposit is received.

1.5 Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or EMS.
  • Delivery times depend on the destination; customs delays may occur.
  • Risk and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer once the carrier collects the order in China.

1.6 Quality & Warranty

  • Standard manufacturing quality: IPC Class 2, unless otherwise specified.
  • Warranty: 12 months covering manufacturing defects.
  • Exclusions: PCBCool is not liable for defects caused by design errors, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.

1.7 Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • You retain full ownership of the files and designs you provide.
  • PCBCool will not use, share, or disclose customer files except to fulfill your order.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request. Our track record includes over 5,200 projects and 420+ long-term clients, showcasing our commitment to confidentiality and reliability.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

  • PCBCool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is capped at the value of the order in question.

1.9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
  • Disputes will first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court or any mutually agreed arbitration institution.
