Mas ser\u00e1 que esse \u00e9 realmente o caso?<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/pcbcool.com\/pt-br\/\">PCBCool<\/a> recentemente recebi uma solicita\u00e7\u00e3o: projetar um circuito de controle que atendesse \u00e0s fun\u00e7\u00f5es exigidas, mantendo os terminais CC, o interruptor, o contorno da placa e a disposi\u00e7\u00e3o dos furos para parafusos completamente inalterados e, em seguida, transformar esse projeto em um prot\u00f3tipo de PCBA funcional.<\/p><p>Este caso desafia essa suposi\u00e7\u00e3o comum. De fato, quanto mais r\u00edgidas as restri\u00e7\u00f5es externas, mais experi\u00eancia em engenharia \u00e9 frequentemente necess\u00e1ria para o projeto do circuito interno e o layout da PCB. Para um de seus projetos, precisava de um motor de luz LED linear customizado, constru\u00eddo em torno de um design mec\u00e2nico existente.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto come\u00e7ou com um desenho controlado \u2013 Parte 51526, \u201c80173 LED Board, PCBA\u201d, REV 1.0 \u2013 e uma curta especifica\u00e7\u00e3o que estabeleceu v\u00e1rios requisitos fixos. Os conectores de entrada CC foram especificados por n\u00famero de pe\u00e7a exato: WAGO 2060-451 com 998-404. A PCB \u00e9 uma placa com 415 mm de comprimento e apenas 27 mm de largura, com uma faixa de roteamento efetiva de 22,5 mm. Em uma extremidade, a placa se expande em uma cabe\u00e7a de controle circular de 40 mm que teve que acomodar os terminais positivo e negativo, o interruptor e os componentes de controle. As toler\u00e2ncias mec\u00e2nicas gerais aplic\u00e1veis seguiram a classe m da ISO 2768-1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>O escopo funcional tamb\u00e9m se expandiu durante o desenvolvimento. O que come\u00e7ou como um conceito de dimeriza\u00e7\u00e3o de um \u00fanico interruptor evoluiu para um sistema bicolor branco e \u00e2mbar de dois canais, com controle independente e mem\u00f3ria de estado. Cada canal podia ser ligado independentemente, enquanto o controle correspondente mantinha o escurecimento linear desse canal. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o de ambos os canais simultaneamente produzia uma luz mais quente e misturada, e a placa mantinha seu estado anterior ap\u00f3s a religa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>At the functional level, the architecture remained direct: a 12 VDC input feeds a two-channel switching and dimming stage, which then drives the white and amber LED strings independently. A cabe\u00e7a de controle circular de 40 mm teve que acomodar tanto os terminais WAGO, o interruptor t\u00e1til e os componentes de controle, enquanto ainda preservava cobre suficiente para os canais de LED.<\/p><p>Cada furo de montagem de \u00d83,10 mm exigia uma \u00e1rea de exclus\u00e3o de cabe\u00e7a de fixador de \u00d85,50 mm, juntamente com uma zona separada para manter as trilhas livres. Essas exclus\u00f5es foram incorporadas ao layout desde o in\u00edcio, em vez de serem corrigidas ap\u00f3s o roteamento. O entrela\u00e7amento dos dois canais ao longo de todo o comprimento da placa cria uma mistura de cores mais uniforme e evita se\u00e7\u00f5es vis\u00edveis de luz branca e \u00e2mbar separadas.<\/p>\n<p>The WAGO SMD terminals, right-angle C&amp;K switch, control components, and all 56 LEDs were designed for <a href=\"https:\/\/pcbcool.com\/pt-br\/technical-guides\/smt-assembly-process-flow\/\">SMT placement<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/pcbcool.com\/pt-br\/technical-guides\/reflow-soldering-process\/\">reflow soldering<\/a> within one consistent assembly process.
