No entanto, qualquer um que tenha passado tempo envolvido no projeto ou fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de placas sabe que a realidade \u00e9 bem diferente. Uma PCB n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas um suporte para componentes; \u00e9 a estrutura f\u00edsica que torna todo o sistema eletr\u00f4nico poss\u00edvel. Um projeto pode come\u00e7ar como um esquema limpo em um laptop, mas transform\u00e1-lo em uma placa f\u00edsica confi\u00e1vel requer muitas etapas cuidadosamente controladas. Um bom layout n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas eletricamente correto; ele tamb\u00e9m deve ser pr\u00e1tico para construir.<\/p><p>Antes que a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o se inicie, o projeto passa por verifica\u00e7\u00f5es de DFM (Design for Manufacturability). Os fabricantes revisam larguras de trilha, folgas, tamanhos de furos, <a href=\"https:\/\/pcbcool.com\/pt-br\/technical-guides\/what-is-an-annular-ring\/\">An\u00e9is anulares<\/a>, aberturas da m\u00e1scara de solda, espa\u00e7amento cobre-a-borda e outros par\u00e2metros para garantir que a placa possa ser fabricada de forma confi\u00e1vel. Para placas de alta velocidade, verifica\u00e7\u00f5es de integridade de sinal e de integridade de energia frequentemente fazem parte desta etapa tamb\u00e9m. Os pain\u00e9is s\u00e3o enviados atrav\u00e9s de uma m\u00e1quina de escova\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza para remover oxida\u00e7\u00e3o superficial, poeira, \u00f3leo e outros Para PCBs multicamadas, a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o geralmente come\u00e7a com as camadas internas de cobre que eventualmente ser\u00e3o embutidas profundamente na placa finalizada.<\/p><p>O processo inicia-se com chapas de laminado revestidas de cobre e recobertas com fotorresiste. Utilizando a Imagel Direct Imaging a Laser (LDI), o padr\u00e3o de circuito desejado \u00e9 transferido para o painel. O fotorresiste exposto endurece, enquanto o restante do fotorresiste \u00e9 removido durante o desenvolvimento. A corros\u00e3o qu\u00edmica remove ent\u00e3o o cobre indesejado, deixando para tr\u00e1s as trilhas e caracter\u00edsticas de cobre intencionadas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Uma pequena quantidade de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o ou um leve erro de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o pode alterar a forma do tra\u00e7o o suficiente para afetar as etapas posteriores.<\/p><p>\u00c0 medida que os requisitos de trilha e espa\u00e7amento se tornam mais finos, o processo de grava\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m se torna mais dif\u00edcil de controlar. O HASL \u00e9 amplamente utilizado e econ\u00f4mico, o ENIG \u00e9 popular pela planicidade e trabalhos de passo fino, e o OSP \u00e9 frequentemente escolhido quando custo e simplicidade s\u00e3o importantes.<\/p><p>A escolha depende da densidade dos componentes, dos requisitos de confiabilidade e do or\u00e7amento de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o.
