E para resistores, capacitores e CIs padr\u00e3o, isso \u00e9 verdade.<\/p><p>No entanto, a montagem de placas de sensores MEMS segue regras diferentes. Eles passaram as placas por um banho padr\u00e3o de limpeza ultrass\u00f4nica operando a 40 kHz ap\u00f3s a refus\u00e3o. O resultado:<\/p><blockquote><p>15% placas foram reprovadas no teste de recebimento.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>A an\u00e1lise post-mortem revelou vigas de suspens\u00e3o fraturadas dentro do MPU-9250 e diafragmas rompidos no BMP280. A energia de cavita\u00e7\u00e3o do transdutor ultrass\u00f4nico havia destru\u00eddo os elementos sensores mec\u00e2nicos que conferem a estes componentes sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>O problema foi agravado por uma restri\u00e7\u00e3o na cadeia de suprimentos. A InvenSense (agora TDK) descontinuara o MPU-9250. A limpeza ultrass\u00f4nica gera bolhas de cavita\u00e7\u00e3o que colapsam com press\u00f5es localizadas excedendo 1.000 bar. A massa de prova dentro do MPU-9250 \u00e9 suspensa em vigas de sil\u00edcio com aproximadamente 2 \u00b5m de largura. A membrana de sensoriamento de press\u00e3o BMP280 \u00e9 igualmente fr\u00e1gil.<\/p><p>Essas estruturas n\u00e3o sobrevivem \u00e0 cavita\u00e7\u00e3o. N\u00e3o existe uma configura\u00e7\u00e3o ultrass\u00f4nica \u201csuave\u201d que mude isso \u2014 a f\u00edsica \u00e9 a f\u00edsica.<\/p><p>A PS Electronics substituiu o banho por um sistema de lavagem por pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o controlada, utilizando jatos de \u00e1gua deionizada a menos de 2 bar. Cada carretel recebido passou por um protocolo de autentica\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas etapas:<\/p><ol><li>Fluoresc\u00eancia de Raios-X (XRF) para verificar se a composi\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados correspondia \u00e0 assinatura do material InvenSense\/TDK.<\/li><li>Amostragem de desagrega\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 uma unidade por lote, quimicamente desprotegida para confirmar visualmente as marca\u00e7\u00f5es do die e a rota dos fios de liga\u00e7\u00e3o em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 folha de dados de refer\u00eancia.<\/li><li>Testes param\u00e9tricos el\u00e9tricos \u2014 cada unidade amostrada testada em bancada em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a unidades de refer\u00eancia \"good-known\" para sensibilidade do aceler\u00f4metro, bias do girosc\u00f3pio e offset do magnet\u00f4metro.<\/li><\/ol><p>Duas bobinas suspeitas foram rejeitadas durante a fase de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o com base em anomalias de FRX. Ap\u00f3s o ciclo de lavagem por aspers\u00e3o, o teste de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o i\u00f4nica confirmou n\u00edveis de res\u00edduos abaixo do limite do IPC-TM-650 de 1,56 ug\/cm\u00b2 de equivalente de NaCl.<\/li><li><em>CQO (Controle de Qualidade de Sa\u00edda):<\/em> Os testes funcionais do 100% inclu\u00edram a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos registros do autoteste da IMU, a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o da calibra\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o barom\u00e9trica (+\/-1 hPa) e a valida\u00e7\u00e3o da resposta do sensor de umidade.
