Por essa raz\u00e3o, a conformidade n\u00e3o \u00e9 opcional \u2013 \u00e9 exigida por OEMs, \u00f3rg\u00e3os reguladores e acordos da cadeia de suprimentos.<\/p><p>Os padr\u00f5es mais importantes incluem:<\/p><ul><li><em>AEC-Q100<\/em> Define o teste de estresse para qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o de circuitos integrados, como microcontroladores e sensores. Inclui testes como ciclagem de temperatura, vida operacional em alta temperatura (HTOL), polariza\u00e7\u00e3o de umidade e descarga eletrost\u00e1tica (ESD).
