Esses circuitos s\u00e3o tipicamente muito finos, com uma espessura total variando de 0,1 mm a 0,3 mm, o que lhes permite caber em espa\u00e7os apertados e suportar dobras repetidas.<\/p><p>Assim como as placas de circuito impresso r\u00edgidas, os circuitos flex\u00edveis podem ser fabricados como placas de face \u00fanica, dupla face ou multicamadas, com designs avan\u00e7ados alcan\u00e7ando 10 camadas ou mais. Use m\u00e1scara de solda para regi\u00f5es n\u00e3o dobr\u00e1veis ou flex\u00edveis de baixo custo; use coverlay para flex\u00edveis de alta confiabilidade.<\/li><li><em>Capa de cobertura:<\/em> O equivalente flex\u00edvel de uma m\u00e1scara de solda, feito de filme de poliimida ou poli\u00e9ster com adesivo. \u00c9 perfurado ou cortado a laser para expor as ilhas de conex\u00e3o, em seguida, laminado. O coverlay oferece excelente isolamento, resist\u00eancia qu\u00edmica e flexibilidade \u2013 essencial para proteger as trilhas em \u00e1reas de dobra. \u00c9 mais espesso (25\u2013125\u00b5m) e mais dur\u00e1vel que a m\u00e1scara de solda, mas mais dif\u00edcil de aplicar com precis\u00e3o.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ad0137f wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"ad0137f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper wd-set-mb reset-last-child wd-title-color-default wd-title-style-default wd-title-size-medium text-left\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-xl\">M\u00e9todo de Ades\u00e3o<\/h3> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-14cb762 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"14cb762\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ao laminar substratos com cobre, existem duas abordagens principais:<\/p><ul><li><em>Laminados sem adesivo:<\/em> Estas utilizam uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o direta entre o substrato e o cobre (via fundi\u00e7\u00e3o ou pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o cat\u00f3dica), eliminando a camada adesiva. Os benef\u00edcios incluem maior flexibilidade, maior resist\u00eancia ao calor (sem adesivo para degradar), perfil geral mais fino e maior confiabilidade em aplica\u00e7\u00f5es din\u00e2micas. S\u00e3o preferidas para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es multicamadas flex\u00edveis ou para altas temperaturas, mas s\u00e3o mais caras de fabricar.<\/li><li><em>Laminados Adesivos:<\/em> Utilize um adesivo acr\u00edlico ou ep\u00f3xi para unir o cobre ao substrato. Mais barato e f\u00e1cil de produzir, mas o adesivo pode reduzir a flexibilidade, adicionar espessura e falhar sob dobras repetidas ou calor elevado.
