Eles dependem da jun\u00e7\u00e3o PN de um chip semicondutor para emitir luz. Veja como funciona:<\/p><p>Quando uma tens\u00e3o direta \u00e9 aplicada \u00e0 jun\u00e7\u00e3o PN, a corrente flui do \u00e2nodo para o c\u00e1todo.
