Ao mesmo tempo, a densidade de roteamento de PCBs continua a aumentar: mais componentes, BGAs mais densos e caminhos de sinais de alta velocidade mais complexos. Para muitas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de ponta, as estruturas tradicionais de PCBs multicamadas <strong>n\u00e3o \u00e9 mais a solu\u00e7\u00e3o mais eficiente<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Para solucionar esses gargalos, <strong>Placas de Circuito Impresso HDI (High-Density Interconnect)<\/strong> surgiram. A ideia central do HDI \u00e9 alcan\u00e7ar maior densidade de roteamento e melhor desempenho el\u00e9trico em um espa\u00e7o limitado, utilizando <em>menores larguras e espa\u00e7amentos de trilha, microvias\/vias cegas menores e conex\u00f5es intercamadas mais justas<\/em>.<\/p><p>Dentre as v\u00e1rias estruturas de HDI, <strong>1+N+1<\/strong> \u00e9 uma das mais comuns e tamb\u00e9m uma das mais f\u00e1ceis para os engenheiros dominarem. Refere-se ao <strong>Estrutura de montagem e sequ\u00eancia de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, n\u00e3o apenas o n\u00famero final de camadas de cobre.<\/p><ul><li><em>1<\/em> = Uma camada de acumula\u00e7\u00e3o (lamina\u00e7\u00e3o sequencial + microvias) no lado superior<\/li><li><em>N<\/em> O n\u00facleo central (geralmente uma se\u00e7\u00e3o multicamadas convencional com furos passantes ou vias enterradas; em muitos casos pr\u00e1ticos possui um n\u00famero par de camadas para simetria, mas isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3rio)<\/li><li><em>1<\/em> = Uma camada de Sem a tecnologia avan\u00e7ada de vias, voc\u00ea ficaria preso a perfura\u00e7\u00f5es passantes volumosas que consomem espa\u00e7o valioso.<\/p><p><strong>Microvias<\/strong> s\u00e3o vias pequenas e rasas (tipicamente de 0,08\u20130,15 mm de di\u00e2metro) que conectam apenas camadas adjacentes nas se\u00e7\u00f5es de build-up.
