Trata-se de integridade de sinal, fluxo t\u00e9rmico e manufaturabilidade executados simultaneamente.<\/p><p><strong>Regras Cr\u00edticas:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><em>T\u00e9rmica Inicial:<\/em> Posicione dispositivos de alta pot\u00eancia (MOSFETs, reguladores) perto das bordas da placa ou em zonas dedicadas para dissipadores de calor.<\/li><li><em>Fluxo de Sinal:<\/em> Mantenha um caminho claro da esquerda para a direita ou de baixo para cima (por exemplo, antena \u2192 RF \u2192 processador \u2192 comunica\u00e7\u00f5es)<\/li><li><em>Desacoplamento de Proximidade:<\/em> Posicione os capacitores a uma dist\u00e2ncia m\u00e1xima de 2 mm dos pinos de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do IC, mantendo as vias o mais curtas poss\u00edvel<\/li><li><em>Conformidade DFM:<\/em><ul><li>Evite componentes altos pr\u00f3ximos aos conectores (podem obstruir o acoplamento)<\/li><li>Posicione os fiduciais a uma dist\u00e2ncia de 10\u2013100 mm dos CIs de passo fino.<\/li><li>Garanta que os pontos de teste sejam acess\u00edveis (sem vias sob blindagens de RF)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Custo Real:<\/strong><\/p><p>Um driver de motor colocou os MOSFETs no centro da placa sem um caminho de fluxo de ar definido.
