Voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 definindo <em>qu\u00e3o f\u00e1cil \u2014 ou qu\u00e3o dif\u00edcil \u2014 ser\u00e1 montar essa placa na produ\u00e7\u00e3o real<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong>Projeto para Montagem (DFA)<\/strong> \u00e9 a pr\u00e1tica de projetar PCBs para serem econ\u00f4micas, f\u00e1ceis de montar e altamente confi\u00e1veis durante a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o. A maioria das placas utiliza <strong>Tecnologia de Montagem em Superf\u00edcie (SMT)<\/strong>, onde os componentes s\u00e3o colocados em pads e, em seguida, soldados. Componentes de montagem em superf\u00edcie devem, idealmente, ser colocados em um lado da placa (preferencialmente o lado superior). Ao usar ambos os lados, <strong>Os componentes mais pesados devem ser colocados na parte superior.<\/strong> e componentes mais leves na parte inferior. Isso ajuda a evitar que os componentes caiam durante o segundo ciclo de reflow.<\/p><p>A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o consistente dos componentes \u00e9 um elemento chave. Componentes polares, tais como diodos, capacitores eletrol\u00edticos e CIs, devem estar voltados para a mesma dire\u00e7\u00e3o. A pr\u00e1tica comum \u00e9 alinhar todos os componentes de modo que <strong>O pino 1 de cada componente fica voltado para o canto superior esquerdo da placa.<\/strong>. Isso reduz o tempo de programa\u00e7\u00e3o de pick-and-place e os erros de posicionamento.<\/p><p>Deixar espa\u00e7o adequado entre os componentes \u00e9 igualmente importante. Como orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, mantenha pelo menos <strong>0,5 mm<\/strong> entre componentes adjacentes. Para componentes que geram calor, aumente o espa\u00e7amento de acordo. Pegadas gen\u00e9ricas s\u00e3o fornecidas pelos padr\u00f5es IPC-7351 para v\u00e1rios tipos de encapsulamentos.<\/p><p>Para soldagem manual, assegure-se de que as ilhas sejam ligeiramente maiores que o requisito m\u00ednimo por <strong>adicionando um 0,2\u20130,3 mm extra<\/strong> para aumentar o comprimento dos terminais de componentes como resistores e capacitores. Isso proporciona um alvo maior e melhora a qualidade da solda.<\/p><p>\u00c9 m\u00e1 pr\u00e1tica adicionar preenchimentos de cobre isolados sob componentes onde a pasta de solda ser\u00e1 aplicada. Recomenda-se posicionar cada fiducial pr\u00f3ximo ao <strong>cantos do tabuleiro<\/strong>, com aproximadamente 5 mm de folga da borda. Se aplicada corretamente, previne erros; se n\u00e3o, pode causar confus\u00e3o. N\u00e3o deve ser posicionada <strong>sobre pads ou vias<\/strong>, pois a maioria dos fabricantes remover\u00e1 automaticamente a serigrafia dessas \u00e1reas, o que pode resultar em marca\u00e7\u00f5es parciais.<\/p><p>\u00c9 recomendado incluir um indicador de polaridade claro para cada componente polarizado. Por exemplo, uma barra pode indicar o c\u00e1todo de um diodo.<\/p><p>Adicionar designadores de refer\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante. Se uma camada pesada de cobre estiver na parte superior, ela deve ser balanceada com cobre na camada inferior para minimizar o empenamento da placa.<\/li><li>Mantenha a contagem de camadas ao que for necess\u00e1rio.
