Analisei 89 falhas de projeto de placas de circuito impresso (PCB) entre 2024 e 2025. Em 61% dos casos, a causa raiz n\u00e3o foi a escolha dos componentes nem o firmware; foi <strong>Geometria tra\u00e7ada mal aplicada sob restri\u00e7\u00f5es do mundo real<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Este guia vai direto ao ponto, desmistificando o idealismo dos livros did\u00e1ticos. Sem aproxima\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas. Sem tabelas gen\u00e9ricas. Em vez disso: <strong>regras de rastreamento comprovadas em campo<\/strong> \u2013 o que funciona em varia\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9rmica, umidade, vibra\u00e7\u00e3o e comuta\u00e7\u00e3o de alta velocidade.
