Mas no setor de Monitoramento Remoto de Pacientes (RPM), as telas s\u00e3o frequentemente um passivo. Elas drenam a energia da bateria e podem confundir usu\u00e1rios idosos.<\/p><p>Um cliente da \u00e1rea da sa\u00fade precisava de um rastreador que desaparecesse. Ele deveria monitorar batimentos card\u00edacos, detectar quedas e enviar dados diretamente para a nuvem sem a necessidade de uma ponte de smartphone.<\/p><p>A escolha do chip foi o ESP32. Ele oferece conectividade dual-mode (WiFi + BLE), o que \u00e9 raro em dispositivos vest\u00edveis de baixo consumo. Durante a transmiss\u00e3o WiFi, ele consome mais de 100mA. Com uma bateria padr\u00e3o de 400mAh, o dispositivo morreria em menos de um dia.<\/p><p>As restri\u00e7\u00f5es mec\u00e2nicas foram igualmente rigorosas. Sem uma montagem de tela para atuar como \u201ctampa\u201d, o gabinete precisou de moldagem precisa para permanecer resistente \u00e0 \u00e1gua enquanto abrigava os componentes O footprint do ESP32, o conector da bateria e os sensores excederam a \u00e1rea dispon\u00edvel.<\/p><p>A solu\u00e7\u00e3o foi vertical. Implementamos um Design de Duas Placas (Arquitetura Empilhada).<\/p><ul><li><em>Placa-m\u00e3e<\/em> Abriga o ESP32-PICO-D4 e os circuitos de gerenciamento de energia.<\/li><li><em>Placa filha<\/em> Mant\u00e9m o conector da bateria, o sensor de frequ\u00eancia card\u00edaca MAX30102 e a IMU QMI8658.<\/li><li><em>Conex\u00e3o:<\/em> Um FPC de 10 pinos (passo de 0,5 mm) conecta os dois componentes, dobrando-se para se encaixar dentro do inv\u00f3lucro curvo.<\/li><\/ul><p>Para economizar cada mil\u00edmetro, utilizamos <strong>01005 componentes passivos<\/strong>. Este \u00e9 o limite para muitas linhas de montagem, mas foi necess\u00e1rio neste caso. A \u00fanica maneira de obter 5 dias de autonomia foi mudar a forma como o sistema entra em modo de espera.<\/p><p>Constru\u00edmos uma arquitetura de pot\u00eancia de tr\u00eas n\u00edveis:<\/p><ul><li><em>PMIC Dedicado:<\/em> O CI de Gerenciamento de Energia AXP2101 gerencia os barramentos de tens\u00e3o. \u00c9 mais eficiente que LDOs padr\u00e3o e oferece controle preciso sobre o carregamento.<\/li><li><em>Despertar Acionado por Sensor:<\/em> O dispositivo permanece no modo de sono profundo 99% na maior parte do tempo. Ele n\u00e3o verifica se h\u00e1 movimento. Em vez disso, o aceler\u00f4metro QMI8658 est\u00e1 configurado para enviar um sinal de interrup\u00e7\u00e3o de hardware somente quando detecta padr\u00f5es espec\u00edficos de movimento (como uma queda).<\/li><li><em>Segurar Pino:<\/em> N\u00f3s usamos <strong>gpio_deep_sleep_hold_en<\/strong> no firmware. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 vidro para permitir a passagem de sinais facilmente, e a bateria \u00e9 essencialmente um bloco de metal posicionado ao lado da antena.<\/p><p>N\u00f3s usamos o <strong>ESP32-PICO-D4<\/strong>, que \u00e9 um m\u00f3dulo SIP (System-in-Package). Contudo, a rede de casamento ainda necessitava de ajuste.<\/p><p>Os testes de laborat\u00f3rio demonstraram que a proximidade do corpo desintonizava a antena.
