Mais est-ce r\u00e9ellement le cas ?<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/pcbcool.com\/fr\/\">PCBCool<\/a> Il a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7u une demande : concevoir un circuit de commande r\u00e9pondant aux fonctions requises tout en conservant les bornes CC, l'interrupteur, les dimensions de la carte et la disposition des trous de vis absolument inchang\u00e9s, puis transformer cette conception en un prototype de PCBA fonctionnel.<\/p><p>Ce cas remet en question cette hypoth\u00e8se courante. En effet, plus les contraintes externes sont fortes, plus l'exp\u00e9rience en ing\u00e9nierie est souvent requise pour la conception du circuit interne et la disposition du circuit imprim\u00e9 (PCB). Examinons de plus pr\u00e8s le projet et la mani\u00e8re dont nous l'avons abord\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ceefab wd-width-100 elementor-widget elementor-widget-wd_title\" data-id=\"7ceefab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"wd_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"title-wrapper wd-set-mb reset-last-child wd-title-color-primary wd-title-style-underlined wd-title-size-large text-left\">\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"liner-continer\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"woodmart-title-container title wd-fontsize-xxl\">Contexte du projet<\/h2> \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5c5aee4 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5c5aee4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le client est un int\u00e9grateur de syst\u00e8mes australien qui installe des syst\u00e8mes domotiques et d'automatisation des b\u00e2timents intelligents. Pour l'un de ses projets, il avait besoin d'un moteur lumineux lin\u00e9aire \u00e0 LED personnalis\u00e9, construit autour d'une conception m\u00e9canique existante.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a d\u00e9but\u00e9 avec un dessin contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u2014 Partie 51526, \u201c 80173 LED Board, PCBA \u201d, REV 1.0 \u2014 et une courte sp\u00e9cification qui \u00e9tablissait plusieurs exigences fixes. Les connecteurs d'entr\u00e9e CC \u00e9taient sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s par un num\u00e9ro de pi\u00e8ce exact : WAGO 2060-451 avec 998-404. Le circuit imprim\u00e9 est une bande de 415 mm de long, seulement 27 mm de large, avec une bande de routage effective de 22,5 mm. \u00c0 une extr\u00e9mit\u00e9, la carte s'\u00e9largit en une t\u00eate de commande circulaire de 40 mm qui a d\u00fb accueillir les bornes positive et n\u00e9gative, l'interrupteur et les composants de commande. Les tol\u00e9rances m\u00e9caniques g\u00e9n\u00e9rales applicables suivaient la classe m de la norme ISO 2768-1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre fonctionnel s'est \u00e9galement \u00e9largi au cours du d\u00e9veloppement. Ce qui avait commenc\u00e9 comme un concept de gradation \u00e0 un seul interrupteur a \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers un syst\u00e8me blanc et ambre \u00e0 deux canaux avec contr\u00f4le ind\u00e9pendant et m\u00e9moire d'\u00e9tat. Chaque canal pouvait \u00eatre activ\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendamment, tout en permettant de faire varier lin\u00e9airement l'intensit\u00e9 de ce canal gr\u00e2ce au contr\u00f4le correspondant. Le fonctionnement simultan\u00e9 des deux canaux produisait une lumi\u00e8re m\u00e9lang\u00e9e plus chaude, et la carte conservait son \u00e9tat pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent apr\u00e8s une coupure de courant.<\/p>\n<p>At the functional level, the architecture remained direct: a 12 VDC input feeds a two-channel switching and dimming stage, which then drives the white and amber LED strings independently. La t\u00eate de contr\u00f4le circulaire de 40 mm devait accueillir \u00e0 la fois les bornes WAGO, l'interrupteur tactile et les composants de contr\u00f4le, tout en pr\u00e9servant suffisamment de cuivre pour les canaux des LED.<\/p><p>Chaque trou de montage de \u00d83,10 mm n\u00e9cessitait une zone de d\u00e9gagement pour la t\u00eate de fixation de \u00d85,50 mm, ainsi qu'une zone de suivi s\u00e9par\u00e9e. Ces exclusions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 la conception d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part plut\u00f4t que corrig\u00e9es apr\u00e8s routage. L'entrelacement des deux canaux sur toute la longueur de la carte permet un m\u00e9lange de couleurs plus uniforme et \u00e9vite les sections visibles de lumi\u00e8re blanche et ambre s\u00e9par\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>The WAGO SMD terminals, right-angle C&amp;K switch, control components, and all 56 LEDs were designed for <a href=\"https:\/\/pcbcool.com\/fr\/technical-guides\/smt-assembly-process-flow\/\">SMT placement<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/pcbcool.com\/fr\/technical-guides\/reflow-soldering-process\/\">reflow soldering<\/a> within one consistent assembly process.
